PDIC is currently seeking highly motivated candidates with high potential and strong interest in international business to join its International Business Leadership Development Program (formerly Accelerated Leadership Development Program).   Candidates begin with an internship in our Interior Finishes and/or Consumer and Lifestyle Goods division to gain exposure to key areas of a successful global business:

• Accounting & Finance
• Sales & Marketing
• Product Management
• Project Management
• Supply Chain & Logistics

Following the internship period, successful candidates will have the opportunity to continue work on one or more of the above areas of interest or explore different opportunities within the company.  Subsequently, candidates with the right mix of motivation, interest and skills can be matched with opportunities to launch new initiatives and/or lead existing programs within the company.
